Product Overview

The Putzmeister 46 m truck-mounted concrete pump (M 46-5) is engineered for versatile and efficient concrete delivery on a wide range of construction sites. With its lightweight design (total vehicle weight under 32 tonnes) , it offers excellent payload reserve and maneuverability.

Its 5-section Roll-Z (RZ) folding boom delivers a vertical reach of 45.5 m and a horizontal reach of 40.5 m, giving operators flexibility to position concrete precisely over challenging job-site geometries.  The boom tip can carry up to 200 kg, allowing it to handle a long end hose for extended reach work. 

The pump unit is driven by a free-flow hydraulic system, capable of a maximum concrete output of around 160 m³/h on the rod side, with a delivery pressure of up to 85 bar. Its cylinder configuration (230 mm diameter, 2100 mm stroke) balances high flow capacity and reliability. 

Outrigger support is flexible and compact, featuring TRDI supports for tight setups.  The intuitive Ergonic 3.0 control system ensures efficient and safe operation under a variety of site conditions.
